Alice has been in hotel operations for 22 years. She started in a privately owned country house hotel and went to work for Choice Hotels Europe, Moat House Hotels/QMH UK ltd and Menzies Hotels. In 2002 Alice moved over into HR, where she focuses on HR process/policy, training, recruitment & retention and employee relations. Alice was also involved with the management of the London 2012 Olympic Village on an IHG secondment.
